Clinical Manager - Young Adult Services
Join the dedicated team of professionals in our Young Adult Services Program! United Services is seeking an energetic Clinical Manager to lead the Young Adult Services team that provides clinical services in the community to young adults, ages 18-25, who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of community-based support services in the Willimantic area. The ideal candidate is independently driven and appreciates quality work and attention to detail. Team members who fit well into our dynamic have the desire to contribute to building and are open to change as we continue to grow and evolve as we provide more services to the community.
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the clinical and case management components of the Young Adult Services Program by providing clinical leadership for assigned services.
- Ensure the day-to-day operation of services to meet client needs based upon best practices in compliance with all licensure and funder regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Connecticut LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
- Three years of clinical supervisory experience required.
- Five years in clinical services experience required.
