United Services is seeking an energetic Clinical Manager to lead the Young Adult Services team that provides clinical services in the community to young adults, ages 18-25, who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of community-based support services in the Willimantic area. Job Description

• Oversee and manage the clinical and case management components of the Young Adult Services Program by providing clinical leadership for assigned services.
• Ensure the day-to-day operation of services to meet client needs based upon best practices in compliance with all licensure and funder regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Connecticut LCSW, LPC, or LMFT required.
• Three years of clinical supervisory experience required.
• Five years in clinical services experience required.
