Lead APP
The Lead APP provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for 1-2 observation sites, collaborating with Medical Directors, Hospital Leadership, and ED teams to deliver high-quality patient care. This role encompasses building high-performing APP teams, managing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering an inclusive work environment while developing talent pipelines for the organization.
Job Description
- Oversee APP hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management including 30/90-day evaluations and coaching
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, regulatory requirements, and quality programs while maintaining peer review and metrics reporting
- Participate in hospital committees, department meetings, and regional leadership calls while managing risk mitigation and CMS guideline adherence
- Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $60/hour to $87/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits and a 10% company-funded 401k. Additional leadership stipend available.
