    Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

    We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in inpatient behavioral health to join our team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in providing compassionate care to patients in psychiatric settings, including those with a range of mental health conditions.     This position is required to work onsite at our newly constructed Behavioral Health Inpatient Hospital in Edwards, CO.

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in need of psychiatric and mental health support.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
    • Utilize strong clinical skills and compassion while working in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
    • Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
    • Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable.
    • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    • Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
    • Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
    • Minimum of Associate Nursing Degree for positions hired after 07/01/2018.
