Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Oncology

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Board certified/board eligible physician
• Successfully completed a residency program in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
• Fellowship training in head and neck surgical oncology required
• Unrestricted licensure in any State and US citizenship
