Job Description

• City: Burlingame
• State: CA
• Start Date: Pending Privileges
• End Date: TBD
• Description: All inclusive rate to include travel. Covering for a LOA - Why the job is open. CA License. Credential timeframe - typically 90 days looking into expedited. ACLS, BLS, DEA Certs. Patient Population - Adults. No Procedures. Experience needed - inpatient. EMR - EPIC. Support Staff: Cardiologist and one other clinic person onsite. Number of patients per day: 10-15 per shift. Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour 07:00 - 19:00.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request).
• Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
