MultiCare Yakima is actively hiring a dedicated Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide expert anesthesia services across diverse surgical settings. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment supporting multiple operating rooms and treatment areas, including ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular procedures. Be integral to a collaborative, medically supervised care team that prioritizes patient safety and quality outcomes.
Job Description
- Provide expert anesthesia services across diverse surgical settings.
- Support multiple operating rooms and treatment areas.
- Collaborate with a medically supervised care team to prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Proven skills in anesthesia administration, patient monitoring, and pain management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with robotic-assisted procedures.
- Prior experience supporting multiple ORs and specialized treatment rooms.
- Familiarity with a variety of anesthesia techniques applicable to diverse case types.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
- Experience working in hospital or surgical center settings.
Other Requirements
- Availability to work a full-time schedule consisting of 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts per week, including variable night shifts.
- Ability to support a care team model and adapt to changing case priorities.
Earn an attractive hourly pay rate of $1.00 per hour.
