• Description: Must have a clean background. Pre-application is required immediately upon offer; please attach with submission to prevent delays. • Contract Length: 1 year
• Shift Details: M-F clinic 8-4:30, call in hospital every 3rd week
• Schedule: M-F weekends with inpatient call 1 in 3
• Work Details: Support staff includes Nurses/CMA/APP. Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time coverage - must be able to offer at least 3 weeks per month to be considered. Patients per day: 15. Patient population/age: 18 and up. Department description: Cancer Center. EMR: Cerner. Special procedures: bone marrow biopsy. Skills required: Practice Setting: Hospital.
• Requirements: Board Certification required, State license required, DEA required. Certifications preferred: Oncology Fellowship, BLS, ACLS. Minimum experience required: 3-5 years.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days. Willing to license?: Yes, temp license available with a clean background and no large gaps in their history.
• Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30.

Pay Rate

• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request).
