    Join a growing Neonatology program at Pediatrix Medical Group. Pediatrix Medical Group is expanding its Neonatology services in Appleton, Wisconsin, offering a unique opportunity for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologists to join a newly established practice. This position provides the chance to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional family-centered neonatal care.

    Job Description

    • Setting: Covering Level 3 NICU and Newborn Nursery at St. Elizabeth Hospital
    • Team Composition: Collaborate with a dedicated team of four Neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists to provide comprehensive care
    • Schedule: 24/7 in-house coverage with daytime rounding shifts
    • Scope of Practice: Manage neonatal emergencies, participate in routine newborn care, and support ongoing quality improvement (CQI) and clinical research initiatives
    • Professional Development: Engage with best practices, exchange knowledge with thousands of Pediatrix providers across over 400 NICUs, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance neonatal outcomes
    • Candidate Profile: Open to experienced Neonatologists as well as newly graduated fellows; prior NICU experience highly valued

    Requirements

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
    • Active or eligibility for medical licensure in Wisconsin
    • Strong team collaboration skills
    • Commitment to providing high-quality neonatal care
