Job Description

• Ability to connect empathetically with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and behavioral strategies
• Basic understanding of behavioral health practices is a plus

Requirements

• Verifiable High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 6 months of direct care experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly in behavioral services
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working with behavioral interventions or implementing care plans
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation may be necessary for client support
• Willingness to travel as needed

Nice to Have Skills

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Experience with dual diagnosis populations
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
• CPR and first aid certification
