Job Description
- Provide specialized psychiatric care to children and adolescents
- Foster resilience and well-being in youth
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts medical license (MA licensure required)
- Certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Boarded in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry)
- Proven experience in child and adolescent mental health assessment and treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to working with youth and families
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training
- Knowledge of latest psychiatric treatment protocols for youth
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Prior experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
Preferred Education and Experience
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification in Psychiatry with specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in pediatric psychiatry
Other Requirements
- Must hold MA state medical license
- Completion of Child and Adolescent Boarded CPI training
- Availability to work in clinical settings as scheduled
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
