Job Description

• Active Orthopedic Surgery license and OR DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to perform bread-and-butter orthopedics; total joints experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong clinical and surgical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Requirements

• Experience with total joint procedures
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekday mornings, afternoons, and potential call coverage
• Ability to adapt to different scheduling arrangements (halftime, weekly rotations)

Preferred Education and Experience

• Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Residency in Orthopedic Surgery
• Prior locum or outpatient/operating room experience preferred

Other Requirements

• Commitment to completing privileging within 90 days
• Willingness to undertake call duties (optional but available), including weekend shifts
• Availability to start on June 1, 2026

Compensation

• Compensation at $1.00 per hour
