Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Location: Holbrook, Massachusetts

We are searching for an energetic Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Holbrook residential area of Massachusetts. Job Description:
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
- Assessing home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
- Providing patient and caregiver education
- Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:
- Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
- Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Compensation Details:
- $52-140 Hourly Wage
