    Job Description:

    • Providing occupational therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
    • Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary under the supervision of a Registered Therapist
    • Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities
    • Maintaining patient records and document treatments

    Requirements:

    • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
    • Candidates must have MA Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
    • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Compensation Details:

    • $37-$40 per visit
