We are searching for an energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that serves the Lowell residential area of Massachusetts.     Job Description:

    • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
    • Assess home environment to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

    Requirements:

    • Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
    • Candidates must have MA Physical Therapist (PT) license
    • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Compensation Details:

    • $55-$140 Hourly Wage
