    Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

    Job Description:

    • Developing and implementing treatment plans that focus on the physical, cognitive, and emotional needs of patients
    • Assessing cognition, language, and swallowing functions to ensure safety and provide recommendations for any necessary modifications or equipment needs
    • Providing patient and caregiver education
    • Accurate and timely documentation

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must have MA Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
    • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while working with a variety of patients and medical professionals
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems

    Professional Development:

    Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
