Outpatient Therapist - IOP/ PHP / Adolescent

Job Description:

To provide psychotherapeutic services in an outpatient setting to patients and their families (adult and adolescent programs). Conduct psychosocial assessments, groups, and discharge planning. Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy, assuring the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families. This position will serve our evening treatment programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents & adults in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to adolescents with mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• California Licensed - ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, and/or LMFT or LCSW.
• Must pass pre-employment background check & post-offer physical/urine drug screen & TB /PPD test.

Experience:

• Combination of education and experience preferred. Outpatient / Inpatient Psychiatric Care and experience with PHP / IOP Programming.
