Job Description

• Seeking Hospitalist physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS required.
• Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.
• Current IN state license is a plus.

The Practice

Union Hospital Terre Haute - Terre Haute, Indiana

• Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, Primary Stroke Center, and Accredited Chest Pain Center.
• 330-bed facility with 25 ICU beds.
• Average day admits: 40, average night admits: 14, annual volume of 80,000.
• No procedures required.
• Onsite labs and imaging.
• Cerner EMR with Vituity scribe support.

Union Hospital Clinton - Clinton, Indiana

• A not-for-profit, 25-bed, critical access hospital providing a full range of emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services to patients in Parke and Vermillion Counties.
• Chest Pain Accredited through the American Heart Association and Magnet designated.
• Honored with the Community Impact Award from the Indiana Department of Health and State Office of Rural Health in 2022.
• Services offered include cardiovascular services, emergency services, general surgery, nephrology, occupational therapy, orthopedics, pulmonary rehabilitation, and more.

Terre Haute is located along the Wabash River, with easy access to swimming, fishing, jet-skiing, and more. Terre Haute is home to many higher institutions including Indiana State University and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
