    Job Description:

    • Provide direct healthcare to patients with rheumatic diseases in a private, single-specialty practice.
    • Obtain patient history and perform physical exams.
    • Order medications, labs, and diagnostic tests.
    • Work in collaboration with physicians to provide comprehensive patient care.

    Requirements:

    • Current NYS licensure and a minimum of 2 years' experience.
    • Master of Science degree in Nursing or its direct equivalent preferred, or a graduate of an approved PA program.
    • Previous internal medicine or rheumatology experience preferred.
    • Must have independent judgment and a proven ability to work within a team environment.

    Professional Development:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Pay Range: $75-105K/year base; $5000 sign-on bonus (after completing one month).
    • $3000 quarterly bonus. Total compensation package could be up to $125,000 in the first year.
