Cardiac Sonographer

Job Description:

• Perform echocardiograms of patient's anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the structures of the cardiovascular system
• Follow established guidelines and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Licensure: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or Certified/Licensed/Registered in Field of Practice
• Basic Life Support certification
• Education: Graduate Cardiac Ultrasound or Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Sonography
• Experience: 1 year of clinical experience in ultrasound preferred
