Job Description
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment.
- Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
- Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
- A valid and unencumbered state Nursing License.
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus; a collaborative spirit is essential.
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN. Licensed as an LPN but no experience? We can help you gain experience and build a great professional foundation.
