    Program Director (Memory Care)

    Job Description

    • Oversee all activities related to providing quality service to residents, including maintaining the facility, providing excellent food service, engaging activities, and a caring nursing staff.
    • Ensure that Resident Centered Care is in place for all residents through personal care plans that meet individual needs.
    • Address all resident relations issues promptly and satisfactorily by maintaining strong communication with residents and their families.
    • Ensure the facility is always adequately staffed.
    • Ensure all mandatory training is completed for all staff.
    • Ensure appropriate programming is in place for each individual unit.
    • Create a Memory Care Program Calendar monthly that addresses the special social, physical, cognitive, and spiritual needs of residents.
    • Responsible for annual budget projections, financial forecasting, and maintaining such.
    • Complete reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the company.
    • Maintain the community to company standards.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Valid Michigan Nursing License (LPN or RN).
    • Three or more years of assisted living experience in memory care.
    • Must have three or more years of proven success in operations.
    • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
