Job Description

• Shift Length: 8 hour day shifts, start/end time can be flexible
• Patient Volume: 18-22 patients/day, will start any new provider with
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Athena
• Trauma Level: NA

Requirements

• License: SD
• DEA: Yes
• Board Certification: FM, IM, FP
• Life Supports: BLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: No
