Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

• Performs nursing functions within the scope of LPN licensure
• Strong LPN skills required
• Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day-to-day environment/clinical settings
• Administers medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
• Maintains confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations
• Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio
• 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care Facility required
