Warsaw Meadows is seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to provide high-quality care to our residents during weekend night shifts. With competitive pay starting at $33 - $36 per hour, an additional $3/hr for weekend night shifts, this role is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a meaningful difference on a consistent weekend schedule.

Job Description

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, following all professional and regulatory standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and document care accurately.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and resident well-being.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions, initiating interventions as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current, valid Indiana licensure.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work a consistent weekend night schedule.
