Job Description

• Supervise all nursing care in the facility
• Assess residents as needed
• Document in residents' medical records as needed
• Admit/readmit residents
• Ensure that a safe environment is maintained
• Assist unit nurses as needed
• Interact with facility physicians as needed
• Any other tasks as assigned by the DNS

Requirements

• Current NYS RN (Registered Nurse) license
• Experience preferred
• Working knowledge of EMR and proficient in documentation
• Current CPR certification
• Must be a compassionate and reliable team player

Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 a year
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
