Job Description

• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, weekends, days
• ACLS needed & need 30 shifts per month but must be able to work at least 12 shifts per month
• Average of 25 patients per day
• General UC with no procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
• Competitive compensation

Requirements

• From $120.00 to $130.00 hourly
