Job Description

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, days, call, weekend call, 24-hour shifts
• ACLS required
• 12 - 16 patients per day
• EGD and colonoscopy
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal

Requirements

• From $330.00 to $355.00 hourly
