Job Description

• Willing to wait for license
• Board-certified (BC) or board-eligible (BE) required
• Weekdays, days, call, weekend call
• Need at least 2 weeks per month
• 16 - 20 patients per day in clinic, 2000 deliveries per year
• Clinic and in-house call
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
