• Must have active state license
• Board certification required
• Weekdays, Days
• 3400 X-ray exams per month
• 256 mammography exams per month
• 193 MR exams per month
• Nuclear medicine, ultrasound, CT, MR, mammography, X-ray
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
