    Job Description

    • Provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
    • Work in a supportive environment focused on the care of vulnerable seniors

    Requirements

    • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
    • Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
