Job Description

• Provide medical services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants

Benefits

• Salary range: $249,000 - $280,000, with additional incentives up to $28,000
• 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and sick time
