    Key Responsibilities:

    • Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions in both the Health Care Unit and housing units
    • Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administering medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and performing diagnostic tests
    • Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the start of each shift, adhering to safety techniques and procedures
    • Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting
    • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    • Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
    • Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification
