Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision
- Implement treatment programs, administer medications, and perform diagnostic tests
- Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies
- Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures and implement therapeutic diet plans
- Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicate effectively with staff
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification
