    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision
    • Implement treatment programs, administer medications, and perform diagnostic tests
    • Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies
    • Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures and implement therapeutic diet plans
    • Document nursing encounters using SOAP charting and communicate effectively with staff
    • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
    • Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
    • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment
    • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification
