Job Description

• Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services in all offices
• Work in an established organization committed to quality and patient experience
• Experience growth through training, professional development, and company-sponsored continuing education
• Collaborate with great clinical and administrative teams in every office
• Utilize a team approach to provide patients with a great experience
• Work in geographically diverse locations throughout Southern California
• Use a digital state-of-the-art practice management system, instruments, and equipment

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Active malpractice insurance
• DEA, CPR, and NPI are required

Responsibilities

• Engage in great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborate with the entire office team to foster trust, connection, and relationships with patients and one another
• Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment
