Job Description

• Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services in all offices
• Manage a large, diverse patient base of all payor types
• Utilize a digital state-of-the-art practice management system, instruments, and equipment
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Dentist
• DDS/DMD degree
• Pediatric certificate degree from an accredited dental school in the U.S.
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Nitrous Sedation Certification
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• DEA, CPR, and NPI are required

Responsibilities

• Engage in great interaction with patients to promote trust and an optimal patient experience
• Collaborate with the entire office team to foster connection and relationships with patients and one another
• Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment
