    Job Description:

    • Manage a caseload of 8-12 clients providing Applied Behavior Analysis services
    • Evaluate new clients and develop ongoing therapy programs
    • Conduct consistent parent training and mentor RBTs on caseload
    • Assess incoming clients for treatment and provide clinical recommendations
    • Develop individualized therapeutic programs based on client goals
    • Revise and update client programs regularly
    • Support RBTs through mentorship and training
    • Provide supervision for 5-10% of RBTs supervision hours
    • Direct work with clients and model skills for RBTs or clients
    • Complete and submit required documentation like SOAP Notes and Progress Reports
    • Coordinate care with other professionals and disciplines
    • Supervise at least 1 student earning BCBA fieldwork hours if necessary
    • Mentor and train new team members as requested
    • Participate in weekly team meetings
    • Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week

    Requirements:

    • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
    • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
    • Experience working in a clinic setting

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to mentor and develop RBTs and future BCBAs
    • Competence with various computer applications
    • Familiarity with a wide variety of ABA assessments
