Anesthesiology Locum Tenens

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Job Description:

• Specialty: Anesthesiology
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call
• Team Size: 55 Anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs in the group

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: 40% of time supervising 3-4 CRNAs, with no more than 4 CRNAs supervised at a time
• Cases: Ortho, OB, regionals, and neuro (No cardiac cases)
• Operating Rooms: 13 ORs and 2 endoscopy suites
• Patient Demographics: 80% adult, 20% trauma
• EMR System: Epic
• Trauma Level: Level 1

Requirements:

• Certifications: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency), BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
• Licensure: Active Colorado license or IMLC
• COVID Vaccination: Required (medical exemptions allowed)
• Background Check: Must be clean
