    Job Description:

    • Must cover at least one week per month; two weeks preferred
    • Schedule:
      • Mon-Fri: 7 AM - 4 PM (hourly rate)
      • 4 PM - 7 AM: Night call (fixed rate)
      • Sat-Sun: 24-hour call shifts
    • On-call:
      • 30-minute response time required
      • Low call-back volume, primarily OB cases
      • Average call-back: 0-2 cases per night
    • Case Mix:
      • Typical cases include orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, pain management, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, gastroenterology
      • Epidurals: 3-5 per week, primarily for C-sections
      • Pediatric percentage: 10%
    • Worksite Details:
      • 4 OR suites, endoscopy lab, minor procedure room
