Join our team in Woodland, CA, where we are seeking long-term Family Medicine locums coverage. This position offers competitive rates and a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Interim primary care physician for medicine patients.
• Provide care for acute visits and chronic care management.
• Must see adults and perform routine clinical procedures as per skill set.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• EMR: Cerner.

Schedule/Duration

• Start Date: ASAP.
• Assignment Duration: 6 months to 1 year.
• Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Support Staff

• 1 assigned MA per provider for patient rooming.
• Additional LVN and RN support available.

Facility Details

• 100% outpatient care.
• Team includes 11 physicians and 9 APPs.

Requirements

• Board Certification: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• License: Active CA medical license required.
• Malpractice: Clean history highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable prescribing controlled medications, supporting care for underserved populations, and facilitating care for LGBTQ+ and pro-choice patients.

Credentialing

• Timeframe: 90-120 days.
