Hospitalist APP Locums Coverage

Facility in Pontiac, IL seeking Hospitalist APP locums coverage.

Job Description

• Start Date: TBD
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Estimated Shifts per Month: 7
• Patient Load: 10-12 patients per day.
• Coverage: Will work with onsite hospitalist for days and staff with on-call telehealth when they are ready. Night coverage includes a backup provider.
• EMR/Charting: EPIC
• Privileges: Full, temporary, and emergency privileges are available.

Requirements

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• License: Illinois state license required.
• DEA: Required.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• CSR License: Required.
• Privileges Timeline: 90 days.
