    • Rehab/Extended Care Facility (ECF): Monday-Sunday, 7 AM-5 PM.
    • On-call availability: Phone calls only, 5 PM-7 AM.
    • Practice Scope: 100% adult inpatient.
    • Caseload Mix:
      • Sports/Ortho PM&R: 33%.
      • CNS Rehabilitation: 50%.
      • Medical Rehabilitation: 17%.
    • Average Patients Per Day: 14.
    • 7 PM&R physicians in the group.
    • Locum physician will not supervise other healthcare providers.
