Locum Tenens Radiologist

Facility in Middlebury, VT is seeking Radiology in-house locums coverage. This opportunity is ideal for a radiologist with general and subspecialty skills, particularly in community radiology. The position requires the radiologist to work solo on-site, handling a patient load of up to 100 cases per day. The hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility, offering a supportive and focused environment for delivering quality patient care.

Job Description

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Duties:
  • General radiology services with a focus on community radiology.
  • Preferred procedures include:
    • Hip and shoulder arthrograms.
    • Steroid injections.
    • Ultrasound-guided breast core biopsies.
    • Ultrasound-guided thyroid fine needle aspirations (FNA).
• Patient Load: Approximately 100 cases per day or less.
• Call: No on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be ACR Board Certified.
• MQSA Certification is required.
• Proficiency in the preferred procedures is highly desired.
