Job Description

• Assist patients with activities of daily living specific to culture, age, and developmental level
• Perform tasks/tests delegated by the registered nurse and report/record data as needed
• Perform advanced skills delegated by the registered nurse as deemed competent, reporting/recording data as needed
• Continuously monitor/observe patients to assure needs are met in a timely manner
• Report any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients and unusual incidents

Requirements

• Must be a certified nursing assistant in the state of Massachusetts
• LTC experience preferred but not required

Benefits

• Per Diem Option 1: $25.00/hour (plus shift differentials where applicable) with a commitment of 24 hours per week, every other weekend, 1 summer holiday, and 1 winter holiday
• Per Diem Option 2: $22.00/hour (plus shift differentials where applicable) with a commitment of 24 hours per month, 1 weekend a month, 1 summer holiday, and 1 winter holiday
