    Job Description:

    • Basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff
    • Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, or changing linens
    • Provide health/supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

    Compensation:

    • $4,000 sign-on bonus
    • Daily pay available
    • Base pay: Starting at $20.50 up to $23/hour
    • Shift differentials:
      • Weekdays 3 PM-11 PM: Extra $1.00/hour
      • Weekends (7 AM-3 PM): Extra $0.75/hour
      • Weekends (3 PM-11 PM & 11 PM-7 AM): Extra $1.50/hour
    • No Frills Program: Additional $3.25/hour for full-time employees opting out of benefits
    • Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance
      • Weekdays Evening and Night Shift: Additional $4.25/hour
      • Weekends Morning Shift: Additional $4/hour
      • Weekends Evening and Night Shift: Additional $4.75/hour

    Requirements:

    • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a CNA in the state hired
    • Must be willing to work with multiple residents at once
