Job Description

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Assist residents in achieving their goals to improve independence and quality of life.
• Implement treatment plans tailored to residents' specific needs.
• Document therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to resident care.
• Monitor and report residents' progress and any changes in condition to the supervising OT.

Requirements

• Active certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Indiana.
• Proven experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
