    Job Description:

    • Join a Patient-Centered Medical Home dedicated to providing high-quality and comprehensive care.
    • Be part of a care team passionate about working in community health.
    • Manage your patient panel and develop patient relationships.
    • Serve a largely migrant and Latino community.
    • Work with a certified bilingual Medical Assistant for translation and patient care.
    • After hour call schedule is no less than 1:4.
    • Utilize the EPIC EMR system.
    • Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm.

    Position Highlights:

    • $364k annual compensation
