**Job Description**

- Location: 10441 Lakewood Blvd. Suite B, Downey CA 90241
- Outpatient based only
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no evenings or weekends or call schedule
- Consults and follow-up appointments with daily admin time built into the schedule
- Manage care for patients with neurological conditions/deficits including post-stroke, dementia, Alzheimer's, epilepsy, and migraines
- Patient Schedule: Average of patients per day
- Medical Assistant and support staff with specialty department

- BE/BC Neurology
- Unrestricted CA Physician License
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
