**Job Description**

- Must be a Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse
- Earnings as an LPN: $38.25/hr - $44.75/hr. Starting rate increases based on years of experience working as an LPN!
- Pick your own sign-on bonus, including $3.40/hour MI pass-through until 09.30.25
- Interested in a Flex position? Wage increase with all Flex positions!
