CGRC's ABA Program is expanding! ABA Behavior Consultants conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that drive the treatment plan and ABA programs. ABA Behavior Consultants provides ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, school, and community settings. ABA Behavior Consultants develop individualized treatment plans with the family and monitor client progress towards goals. CGRC's ABA Program is expanding! ABA Behavior Consultants conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) that drive the treatment plan and ABA programs. ABA Behavior Consultants provide ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, school, and community settings. They develop individualized treatment plans with the family and monitor client progress towards goals. The ABA Behavior Consultant will supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures, functional assessment, and treatment plan implementation.

- Develop appropriate behavioral data collection systems such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of treatment plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Consult and coordinate regularly with all mediators of the treatment plan (i.e., parent, teacher, caregivers).
