Document medical, behavioral health information and nursing care. Administer medications and maintain records in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist in developing a plan of care with specific and measurable goals, objectives and interventions defining actions unique to each patient's needs. Assist in updating and revising the plan of care as goals/objectives are met or when the patient's condition changes. Prioritize tasks and delegate staff to ensure quality patient care. Leader on shift for all admissions and discharges, as well as informing physician of changes in the patient's conditions. Adjusts staffing accordingly. Tower Behavioral Health (TBH) is looking for a PRN Nursing Supervisor (RN) to join our team! TBH is a state-of-the-art Psych-Safe facility, with spacious outdoor courtyards, indoor gymnasiums, an herb garden, and a bird sanctuary. This 144-bed treatment center provides services to adults, adolescents, and seniors. The facility will offer inpatient and outpatient programs, counseling, treatment for substance use disorders, and other services. It is located in Reading, PA, on a partially wooded parcel on the west side of Route 183.

**Job Description**

- Responsible for day-to-day oversight of nursing operations of the facility and ensures staffing is adequate to provide care.
- Oversees the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services in a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment teams, other departments, and administration to ensure that all residents' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs are met.
